Recentlymanyschoolshavefacedwhatcouldbecalledthecrisisofcomprehensionorinsimplewordsthephenomenonofstudentswithgrammarskillsstillbeingunabletounderstandwhattheyread.Thesestudentsarequitegoodattesttakingandfillinginworkbooks.Howevertheyhavelittleornoexperiencereadingorthinkingandtalkingaboutwhattheyread.Theyknowthedetailsbutcan'tseeorunderstandthewhole.Theyaretaughttobesoconcernedwithgradesthattheyhavenotimetothinkaboutmeaningandrereadthingsifnecessary.
