第一个,我也不知道是宾语从句还是同位语从句,反正这种情况下that必须有,C项是thathe(should)giveupgambling,把should省略.
第三个,我觉得选B而不是D,看D的时态,哪有在never后面加个动词第三人称单数的?而且和题中的told时态也对不上.选B的话,是把shewouldcomeandseehimoften和shewouldneverforgethim都作为told的第二个宾语,在书面语中,B项的that似乎是不可省略的（尽管口语里经常说成A选项的样子）.
