英文版：Article1inordertoprotectpeople'shealth,promotesocialmorality,andreducetheharmcausedbysmoking,accordingto"prohibitsmokinginpublicplacesinBeijing'srule"inlightoftheactualsituationofthecity,theenactmentofthisprovision. 　　Thesecondofthebanonsmokinginpublicplacesfollowing: 　　(A)oftheindoorregionalmedicalinstitutions; 　　(B)nurseries,kindergartens; 　　(C)inprimaryandsecondaryschools,secondaryvocationalschools; 　　(D)ofcollegesanduniversitiesandothereducationalandtraininginstitutionsteachingregion; 　　(5)theaters,concerthalls,exhibitionhalls,museums,artgalleries,libraries,ScienceandTechnologyMuseum,archives,theChildren'sPalace,theMemorialHallscience,education,culture,artsvenues; 　　(6)business,finance,postalandtelecommunicationsindustryintheOfficebusiness; 　　(7)us,taxi,publictransportsuchasrailtrafficinandticketingoffices,indoorsites; 　　(8)opentothecommunityofheritagepreservationunit; 　　(9)Stadium,gym; 　　(10)fitnessmarket,thecompetitionareaandstadiumseatingarea. 　　Article3ofthefollowingpublicplacescansetupdesignatedsmokingareasorsmokingrooms,smokingroomsorsmokingareasoutsidetheregionalbanonsmoking: 　　(A)restaurants,Internetaccessservicesitesandotherpremisesoftheservicearea; 　　(B)ofparks,playgroundsandotherpublicfacilities; 　　(C)aircraft,train,busandotherpublictransportwaitingrooms. 　　Article4ofguesthouses,hotels,guesthouses,trainingcentres,resortsandotheraccommodationestablishmentsrestoftheservice,shall,inaccordancewiththeprovisionsofsmoke-freeroomsorsmoke-freefloors. 　　Article5oforgans,organizations,enterprisesandinstitutionsoftheoffice,meetingsandotherworkplacesandcanteens,accessroads,elevators,bathroomsandotherinternalbanonsmokinginpublicplaces. 　　Organs,organizations,enterprisesandinstitutionsbasedontheactualsituation,inadditiontotheaboveprovisionstodeterminetheinternalbanonsmokinginpublicplaces,anddoagoodjobrelatedtomanagement. 　　Encouragetheestablishmentofsmoke-freeunits. 　　InaccordancewiththeprovisionsofArticle6oftheprovisionsofArticle3setupsmokingroomsordesignatedsmokingareasshouldabidebythefollowingprovisions: 　　(A)complywithfiresafetyrequirements; 　　(B)settingclearsigns; 　　(C)andnon-smoking,non-smokingareasinisolation; 　　(D)awayfromthestaff-intensiveregionalandpedestriansmustgothroughthemainchannel. 　　Article7,setupdesignatedsmokingareasorsmokinginpublicplacesintheunit,shouldbestrengthenedtoprohibitsmokinginpubliceducationandtakeeffectivemeasurestophaseoutsmokingroomsorsmokingareas. 　　Article8ofbanonsmokinginpublicplacesintheunitshouldbeinaccordancewiththeprovisionsofthebanonsmokinginpublicplacessetupaunifiedclearno-smokingsigns,harmfultohealthandthestrengtheningofsmokinginpublicplacesno-smokingpublicityandeducationwork,andtodiscouragetimely,Stopsmokinginpublicplacesintheact. 　　Article9ofthewholesocietyshouldsupportthebanonsmokinginpublicplacesofwork.
