请问第一句和第二句中的不定式tousethemeffectively和touseeffectively在成分和用法上面有什么区别?

第一句是错误的,应为重复了.其实不定式touse和enoughcomputers之间本来就是动宾关系,不需要再重复them（指computers)举个更简单类似的例子吧.
例如：Ihavesomefoodtoeat.这里toeat的就是somefood,所以不能再重复一个it.顺便说下,这里是不定式放在名词后面作定语,有动宾关系.
