1楼和2楼的翻译都对,只是对Floor的解释错了.
这里的floor制的不适发言权还是话筒.
Floor指的是台下的听众,观众.在英语里,台上称stage,台下称floor.所以就有Floorplan（座位图）等词汇.BeforeturnoverthefloortoMs,Lambert就是“在将台下的观众交给MsLambert前”的意思.
