要发展电子商务,首先应该分析青岛中小企业电子商务应用现状,从外部因素,成本、技术、资金各方面综合考虑,研究出电子商务应用所存在的问题,然后针对各项问题的原因进行分析,尤其提倡发挥政府扶持作用,再针对公司内部问题提出相应的建议.笔者认为,我们应当大力向中小企业主推广和普及电子商务知识,让更多中小企业参与到信息化发展中来,增加中小企业竞争力,因地制宜的解决中小企业的电子商务方案.
