随着知识经济时代的到来,各企业实力之间的博弈逐渐演变成了人才之间的竞争.在这些人才的竞争中,知识型员工所具备的科技知识与创新能力往往是企业之间关注与竞争的焦点,而人力资源竞争的背后是公司各项制度与体系的竞争.公司的绩效考核体系在保留人才,吸引人才和激励人才方面发挥着重要的作用.但尽管知识型员工在各企业中的比例逐渐增加,其发挥的作用也越发的重要,管理者们对知识型员工的重视程度也逐步增加,但针对知识型员工的绩效考核体系的研究少之又少,而现有的各种绩效管理思想和考核方法大多与知识型员工的特点存在着一定的冲突,并不能直接应用于知识型员工的绩效管理与考核.因此,如果继续采用现行的绩效管理思想和考核体系,不但不能准确完整地反映出知识型员工的绩效,还会使得知识型员工对企业的管理能力和公平性产生怀疑,导致工作积极性与组织忠诚度下降,而这些也对企业的平稳长久的发展产生不利的影响.所以,非常有必要针对企业中尤其是高新技术企业中知识型员工的绩效及其考核体系进行研究.
本文研究的主题是绩效考核体系,以H公司为研究对象,首先参考大量关于绩效考核的相关概念及文献资料,总结出适合知识型员工绩效考核的理论和考核维度,结合对H公司中知识型员工的绩效考核体系现状的调查结果,分别从H公司中知识型员工的绩效特点、绩效考核的目标、原则、采用的方法和考核的步骤五个方面分析了H公司中知识型员工绩效考核体系的适用性,最后结合H公司的实际情况,提出改进对策与建议.
