第一题不是被动语态在be动词后加动词的过去式么？怎么是seen？

在see，watch，hear，feel，notice,observe等感官动词和make，have，let,get等使役动词后面作宾语补足语的不定式不带to.但是在被动语态中，不定式的to要还原(let没有被动语态)。例如:WeheardTimsinganEnglishsong.（主动，省略to）TimwasheardtosinganEnglishsong.（被动，to要还原）第一题是被动语态，在be动词后不是加动词的过去式，而是过去完成时
