LatelyI'veheardalotofcomplaintsfrommypeerclassmatesthattherearejusttoomuchhomeworktodoonwinterholidays,whichapparentlywasnotsurprisingmeatall,oranyoneelseIshouldsay,becausewehavebeensousedtoit.Istartedquestioningmyselfthat:isitreallynecessarytoassignsomuchhomeworkforstudentsandifthere'sanybodyintheclasswouldeverfilloutalltheblanksallbyoneselfforeveryquestion?Notlikelythough,wearejustdoingit.Somemaysaythatit'sgoodforusandthesehomeworkhelpusbepreparedforthenewsemester.Butisittruereally?Ifyouseriouslythinkthisway,youneedtotakealookaround.Weareheresurroundedbyfireworks,TVshows,relativesorguestsathome.Everybodyisbusywithsomethinglikegoinggroceryshopping,visitingsomebody'splace,orgoingonavacationsomewhere.Idoubtifoneofourteacherswouldbesittingathisorherdesknowworkingonpreparingforthenewsemester.However,asastudent,withoutoptions,Iwouldhavetoignorethereallifearoundmeanddotheseassignments,whichevenadultscan'tdo.Weweretoldtobemature.Somedaywearegoingtobesomeone,butwehavegottodoalotofworktomakeitcometruewhichincludestheworkweareworkingon,thewinterholidayassignments.Pathetically,however,Idon'tseetheseworkhelpatall.Asamatteroffact,I'msosickofcopyingdowntheanswerssomewhereorpostingthequestionsoninternet,lookingtogettingtheanswersfromsomeoneelse.Don'tputjudgementsonmebecausethatiswhatanyotherregularpersondoestoo.Therefore,Iwouldsuggesttheteacherstotakeabreakandstopassigningstudentshomeworkoratleastyouneedtoseriouslyreducetheamountofhomeworktoassignforwinterholidaysbecauseit'sjustnotgoingtodoanyhelps.
