Abstract
Thepurposeofthispaperistoemploytime-delayfeedbacktoanti-controlapermanentmagnetDC(PMDC)motorsystemforvibratorycompactors,andhenceimplementanewelectricallychaoticcompactor.Firstly,thedynamicmodeloftheanti-controlledPMDCmotorsystemandtheproposedelectricallychaoticcompactorareformulated.Secondly,anonlinearmapisderivedtoanalyzethechaoticcriterionoftheanti-controlledPMDCmotorsystem.Then,numericalcomputationsareusedtoinvestigatethedynamicsoftheproposedelectricallychaoticcompactor.Finally,aseriesofsimulationsareconductedtoverifythattheproposedelectricallychaoticcompactornotonlyoffersbettercompactioneffectsthantheconventionalone,butalsoprovideshigherflexibilitythanthemechanicallychaoticcompactor.
