Students are placedintoclassesaccordingtotheircurrentlanguageskills．Themajorityofthemtakeononlinelanguagetestbeforestartingtheirprogramme．However，ifthisisnotavailable，studentssittheexamonthefirstMondayoftheircourse．
Learningmaterialsareprovidedtostudentsthroughouttheircourse，andtherewillneverbemorethan15participantsineachclass．
ArrivalsandTransfer
Ourprogrammeoffersthefullpackage-studentsaretakegoodcareoffromthestartthroughtotheveryend．Theyarecollectedfromtheairportuponarrivalandbroughttotheiraccommodationincomfort．Werequirethestudent'sfulldetailsatleast4weeksinadvance．
Meals/Allergies（过敏）/SpecialDietaryRequirements
Studentsareprovidedwithbreakfast，dinnerandeitheracookedorpackedlunch（whichconsistsofasandwich，adrinkandadessert）．Snacksoutsideofmealtimesmaybepurchasedbythestudentindividually．
Weaskthatyouletusknowofanyallergiesordietaryrequirementsaswellasinformationaboutanymedicinesyoutake．Dependingonthetypeofallergiesand/ordietaryrequirements，anextrachargemaybemadeforprovidingspecialfood．
