ShouldtherebeanyerrorormistakeinthepricingfiguresinthePROPOSALS,thefollowingactionswillbeadoptedbyTEC.
如果在报价数据当中出现误差或错误,TEC将采取以下行动.
(1)Incaseofanyerrorinthesummationofextensions,thelowertotalfigureshalltakeprecedenceand,subjecttoItem(2)below,theextensionsresponsiblefortheerrorortheconstituentextensions,asthecasemaybe,shallbeadjustedaccordingly.
(2)Incaseofanydiscrepancybetweentheunitratesandtheirextensions,whereextendedfigureislowerthanitshouldhavebeen,theunitrateshallbeadjusteddownwardor,wheretheextendedfigureishigherthanitshouldhavebeen,thentheunitratesshallbeappliedandtheextensionsshallbetherebyreduced.
