近年来中小企业的生存问题一直备受关注.08年的一场金融风暴刮倒了一片中小企业.而今年,虽然经济环境没有08年那么衰落,但是中小企业的危机却越陷越深.随着生产成本、劳动力成本、融资成本、融资难度的不断提升,中小企业的生存渠道越来越狭窄,中小企业究竟路在何方?本文针对中小企业的融资渠道作出了研究,并提出了相应的对策建议.中小企业本身存在的规模小,经营水平不成熟,没有内部风险管理能力以及市场信息的不对称,是中小企业融资难的主要原因.但是要解决中小企业融资难的问题不是放宽银行存款准备金率就能都解决的,必须建立多层次的融资结构,增加为中小企业服务的贷款机构和金融服务机构.还必须重视国有商行和金融机构的金融创新,为中小企业融资提供更多的担保选择和融资途径.本文最后还提出了中小企业必须建立内部的信用管理部门,制定信用政策,通过企业信用管理来降低企业经营过程中的风险,从企业自身提升融资能力.
