Robbinsandhisparentshavefiledanactionagainsttheschooldistrict.CourtpapersfromtheRobbins’slawyerssaidthatatfirstitwasthoughtthatthelaptops’technologyhadproducedafewimagesbuttheyfoundmorethan400ofRobbins,includingimages“showinghimpartiallyundressedandsleeping”.

Thecourtpapers,filedbyRobbins’lawyers,saidthatthetechnologywasactivatedbetween20Octoberand4Novemberlastyear,withmostofthe400shotsofhimwhilehewasinhishome,andincludedhisfamily.“TherewereadditionalwebcampicturesandscreenshotstakenofBlakeRobbinswhich,uptonow,havenotbeenrecoveredbecausetheevidencewasdeletedbytheITdepartment,”thecourtpaperssay.
