【摘要】：本实验的目的是：检测我校（新长校区）自来水是否被微生物污染,对其中的微生物选择适当的培养条件和测定方法,并做平行实验取平均值,以确定自来水被污染的程度.方法：通过对盐城师范学院（新长校区）范围内的自来水采样,样品以采样地点、采样方法、样品采样前被处理方法区分；依据GB4789.2—2010、GB4789.3—2010方法检验,按照GB5749—2006《生活饮用水卫生标准》作为检验结果的判定依据.菌落总数和大肠菌群其中一项不合格即认为不合格.另：为丰富检测内容和增加本实验实际意义,检测了自来水水样的霉菌、酵母的感染程度、PH、臭和味、余氯浓度等.结果：共检测水样30瓶,合格率90％.检测结果表明,不常清理水龙头,取水时微生物最多；烧开的自来水微生物几乎没有；水龙头消毒后正确采水时,有微量微生物.结论：自来水需要烧开再饮用最好,水龙头要常常清理,可防止微生物滋生和金属生锈.
