betoblame(for)应(为……)承担责任;该(为……)受责备.[注意]此处不能用被动语态.如:
Thechildrenwerenottoblamefortheaccident.那次事故怪不着孩子们.
Heismoretoblamethanyou.是他更应受责备,而不是你.
Iaminnowaytoblame.决不该责备我.
