那个……不仅是语法错误需要修改出来,还有任何用词不当、搭配不当、文意重复、偏离题目之类都要修改出来……

差不多就可以了,你写得很好了,短小精悍,就是第二句中,前面说的是people,那么后面最好和people相对应,避免重复就用they指代people.还有,英语中要引用某人的话时一般不用冒号,而是用逗号.其他没什么问题.
