1.标签和风险
1.1商品的标签与商品一起发给ASDA,供应商或其他任何个人都不可以在交货以后,继续持有标签,并且任何使供应商或其他任何人可以运用标签的规定,都是无效的.
1.2商品风险由供应商承担(包括运输过程中),直到供应商真正交货且ASDA收到货为止.任何退货发生的风险,由供应商承担.
2.供应商指南
供应商同意任何时候都要遵守以下条款:
1)ASDA的供应商规定;和
2)涉及到ASDA标牌的货物,ASDA商标技术指南(且ASDA不时进行修订)
