work and play do not contradict ach othr; in fact, thy complmnt ach othr. as th saying gos, "all work and no play maks jack a dull boy." a lif burdnd with work lads you nowhr, for you would gt tird and bord with your daily routin work.on th othr hand, propr rcration will rliv th tnsion and discomfort of our monotonous lif bcaus it offrs you various ways to lt out your pnt-up motions.what i usually do to rlax aftr school is jogging and sing movis. usually i don't spar tim for xrcis, but i valu th physical ducation class at school. jogging svral rounds in th fild crtainly rlivs th day's prssur. on wknds, i'll catch th morning movi for my visual njoymnt. i fl rvivd and nrgtic for anothr wk's work-load.
